HOW I STAY CALM AND FOCUSED IN THIS PANDEMIC

      ·          As a follow up to my first blog I want to share a few tips on how I stay calm and focused in this pandemic. To survive in this pandemic, a healthy lifestyle is critical.   Our dietary intake is important to our physical well-being, as well as our mental health. I try to focus on things that I am passionate about, like gardening, home DIY projects, and occasionally trying out new recipes. Maintaining our basic healthy habits during this time is crucial.  Below are some tips to consider; ·          A balanced diet will guarantee a strong immune system that will help us with stand any assault by the virus. ·          Turn what could be a stressful task of cleaning and reorganizing into fun. ·          A vigorous workout will not only keep us fit, but will also help to take our minds off the current situation. ·          Meditation can be another great solution for letting go of daily stress, frustration or anxiety. ·          Spending more quality time wit
  Hello everyone :)!   Thank you for visiting my page. I truly appreciate you taking the time out to spend a few minutes on my page.   Having retired from my regular nine to five, after serving for over  thirty- five  (35) years ,   I have decided to   find new ways of generating income as well as sharing ideas on topics of interest.   I am  currently  looking for a new career opportunity that will allow me to work remotely and establish my own online presence, hence I started this blog.                        This is something totally new for me, but I am willing to learn and share my knowledge while getting  immersed in this new career path.   It goes without saying I have more time on my hands, I would love to develop skills and also learn from you all.
